Yet Scripture reminds us that God speaks and desires that we listen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In John 10:27, Jesus says, \u201cMy sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.\u201d This beautiful promise assures us that if we belong to Him, we have the privilege of hearing His voice clearly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listening to God requires intentional quietness and a heart ready to respond. Psalm 46:10 encourages us, \u201cBe still, and know that I am God.\u201d When we pause amid our busyness and quiet our hearts, we create space to hear His gentle whisper. God often speaks not with thunder or loud declarations but through a still small voice (1 Kings 19:12). We must attune our spirits to discern His guidance amid the noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, God\u2019s Word is a means by which He communicates with us. Psalm 119:105 says, \u201cYour word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.\u201d As we read Scripture prayerfully, the Holy Spirit illuminates truth and offers direction tailored to our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listening is not a one-sided act; it\u2019s relational. James 1:22 urges believers to be \u201cdoers of the word, and not hearers only.\u201d When we obey what God reveals to us, our spiritual ears become more attuned to His voice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, let us practice listening by seeking quiet moments, reading God\u2019s Word, and choosing obedience. In doing so, we will faithfully follow the Good Shepherd, assured that His voice leads us to peace and purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#2f5496\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Join Me in Prayer<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As you know, I lead several prayer calls each week.
